The new Prudential VIP Lounge leverages its streetfront location to bring the outside in through transparency, materials, and form, creating a unique threshold experience where the sidewalk meets the ice. The space’s dynamic, angled geometry is inspired by Mulberry Commons’ landscape across the street, hockey stick blades, and ice skates. Materials and finishes recall the New Jersey Devils’ brand colors, the red oak (state tree), and Newark’s industrial heritage.
